Return Policy

This Return policy is applicable for all products and services sold on Please Read this Policy Carefully before making any Return Request.
Time Period for Making Return Request: within 10 days of order delivery; Replacement/Refund

Eligible conditions for Returning any item:

  • Different from what was ordered.
  • Product Not Fitting into your vehicle.
  • Has missing Parts or accessories. (Please note that “Silencers Plate/Cover/Guard is not available with the silencer. You have to buy it seperatly, Please check our product area).
  • Was delivered in a Physically damaged condition.

All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, user manual, warranty cards, original accessories and in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered to you. We may reject the return pickup if the items are not returned according to the policy. In case of our courier partner not able to return pickup from your location then you have to ship the product to us. Please note that: Contact us at before booking the shipment. If you do not contact us before shipping the return package, we will not bear the courier charges.

About Replacements:
Any replacement will not be accepted in the case of “Replacement for color of product or incorrect product ordered”. If the item you ordered arrived in a damaged/defective condition or was different from what was ordered or not fitting into your vehicle then it will be eligible for a replacement.
Note: If an eligible item is out of stock, it cannot be replaced. Only a refund against the returned product will be issued. A replacement cannot be created for an item which was returned and replaced once earlier.

Note: In Replacement Case, Same Product will be replaced. It will not be Replaced with another Product (or Colour).

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected by us, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund including the booking amount (if any) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 4 Banking Days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your Bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and return your order to: F-17, Sector-1, DSIIDC Bawana, Delhi-110039.

Cancellation Policy

Before Order Dispatch
GodSend ensures that your order is safely delivered to you within the promised delivery timeline. However, if you have ordered a wrong product you may cancel the order through your GodSend Account. If it is a Prepaid Order, the amount will be refunded to you in accordance with our Refund Policy. If it is a Partial Cash on Delivery order, the deposit amount will be refunded.

After Order Dispatch
A cancellation request can be made after your order is dispatched. The cost of shipping or booking (deposit) amount (if any) will be deducted from your refund.

Order Cancellation BY GODSEND.
Under some rare situations, GodSend can also raise an order cancellation request.
These situations could be –

  • Product out of stock.
  • Restrictions on the number of products you can order, as per Terms & Conditions of any Offer/Discount.
  • Incorrect pricing or description of the product.
  • Payment fraud suspicion by our Credit & Fraud Avoidance Department.
  • Incorrect or Incomplete Buyer’s Address.
  • Non-serviceability of Buyer’s address by our courier partners.
